Please allow 30 minutes for the purchase to go through before seeking assistance and make sure that your payment went through . and was not blocked by your payment provider.
We do not allow chargebacks under any circumstances. An initiation of a payment dispute will automatically result in your:
1. Ban from all Tebex/Buycraft stores (You will not be able to purchase items on other servers)
2. Permanent termination from the server
